Re: Another own Composition called Sun and Sea

Hi Brian I don't understand all that about circles of 27's and all that! I enjoyed the tune. I have to agree with Peter it's of the TV Theme Tune Genre. You'll have to get writing the script. Not 007 I'm afraid, more like The Real Wives of Waldridge Park. Bet there's some stories there! ...

Re: Don't get Around Much Anymore.

Hi George

I didn't realise you were playing the Genos. You certainly make it work, that was brilliant. You know how to work the styles perfectly.

I knew the tune but not the title so I've learned something new today.

Re: Now this does sound nice

Hi Brian I love watching the Lowrey demonstrations on YouTube. This is right up my street. Loved the organ voices from 22 minutes. Not that keen on the new styles though. How much are these 13 -14 thousand I suppose. You can arrange a home demonstration of this model. Can you imagine having this del...

Re: Lately - Stevie Wonder

Hi Chaps I did what you suggested Hugh, pressed record and let it run. It only took one take, you can tell with the mistakes. I often just play with a soft piano John. Some of the natural pianos sometimes sound a bit harsh. Glad you recognise the Stevie Wonder sound Brian. That's a brilliant style I...

Re: My Romance

Hi Ken That sounded great to me and I listen through top quality headphones! My wife bought them for me "they weren't bloody cheap you know..." she said, so they must be good. What a shame you won't play this instrument anymore. I know what you mean by timing. I often hold notes back and p...

Thanks for your comments Jon they're appreciated. It's a joy to play that song.

Cheers Brian, same song but 2 completely different versions. I see you used 2 styles in there. Were these 2 registrations? I've never tried that. I will now.

Re: I just called to say I love you

Hi John

Enjoyed that, can't beat a bit of Stevie.

This song inspired me to buy my first Yamaha PSR350. The lad in Windows played this when he demo'd the keyboard and he reeled me in. It's cost me a fortune ever since.

Thanks for posting.

Re: I Got Rythmn

I'm not as sophisticated as Hugh.

I was listening to this somewhere else.

I was in a bar, Smoky Joe's, with a glass of Bourbon, a new pack of twenty and a Dame on my knee. 8)

Great music Tony, keep it coming.

Really enjoyed that, daughters old tapping number.

Re: Two new models of arranger keyboards from Yamaha

I did think about waiting when I purchased the 770 (£700). I'm so glad I didn't as I would have been bitterly disappointed. £400 more than I paid for the 770 six months ago for what? Absolutely nothing. How many styles do you need considering every style from the Tyros is available for free. I could...

Re: Fanfare

Hi Tony I well remember blasting that tune out of my bedroom window years ago. I must add it was on vinyl, not the keyboard. Re: Annelies by Wally Z

Hi Wally To me your song says very little but speaks a lot. Let me explain what I mean. She also worked in the Grocers so food rationing wasn't too much of a problem. After...
