Re: Bringing music closer on Tyros - and other keyboards/org

The AR80/100 showing the original position of the music rest. http://www.ar-group.org/Files/TRMSPhoto8B.jpg I have made my own Music Stand to fit on top of my AR. This brings the music forward, and lower. Here is a photograph of it both in position and in use. http://www.ar-group.org/Files/TRMSPhoto...

When You Tell Me That You Love Me

Sung by Diana Ross, Julio Iglesias and Westlife. I found this piece in Kenneth Baker book: Pop Classics 2.

Played on my Yamaha AR80 Organ.

Re: Have yourself a merry little Christmas

Hi John

Lovely sounds of Christmas coming through my speakers. I liked your bell sounding registration and your interesting ending.

Re: My AR 80 Home Made Music Stand

Further to my posting yesterday: My music stand is a proto type and as always improvements can be made. You will notice in the photos the music slope leaves a gap at the ends, so if I was making another one I would increase the length of the slope to improve it's organ appeal. Also the music slope's...

My AR 80 Home Made Music Stand

I have made my own Music Stand to fit on top of my AR and here is a photograph of it both in position and in use. http://www.ar-group.org/Files/TRMSPhoto7.jpg You can see that I have finished it to match the case of the AR. Some may be interested in how I constructed it, so here goes. First of all, ...

Re: Instumental Performances Volume Levels

Hi Hugh / Brian007 Yes I have got hearing aids, which are quite basic NHS issue. They sit behind and on top of the ear with a little flexible pipe and perforated nosil sitting in the ear canal. I understand the problem you were getting with your clever aids. No, I'm not getting those problems. Thoug...

Hi Brian007 and Hugh Many thanks. I agree with your views. Recording levels can be at any level, preferably not to distortion levels, and yes I should remember to reduce the volume before exposing my ears to further damage. Both very good points. I have played back both ( box) recordings several tim...

Instumental Performances Volume Levels

Hi all I have noticed that the volume level of Instrumental performances seem to be lower than they were a couple of weeks ago? Listening to John T Bye Bye Love I had to increase the volume level of my Logitech computer amplifier about three quarter turn, which is a lot more than usual, but when lis...
