Click on the tab Videos at the top and you really do ge...
Den, A really original video to go with this, putting a new meaning on the word 'white'. We were in East Africa for most Christmases when I was young and my Dad would always put this on at Christmas time (78rpm). He had a nostalgic vision of what Christmases were like in the UK, imagining log fires ...
Keyboard or organ? I have spoken to George about his Wersi OAX1 and he says it is an organ (it has foot pedals) .. a one manual organ. In the picture below you can see on the right that it has drawbars . So is it this that makes it an organ? Is a keyboard with foot pedals an organ? http://www.ar-gro...

Another favourite of mine at Christmas. Every November in Weston-super-Mare we have an Illuminated Carnival and this song featured with one of the floats for several years. With the amplification they have on these floats, this one got right through to your bones! Shakin' Stevens - Merry Christmas E...
I think this is one of the best numbers I have heard you play! Don't know it, but it has some wonderful chords .. and the backing you have chosen really suits the song. I'll repeat what Brian said ..
Brian007 has played this for the November Challenge and has mentioned that it reached the UK Christmas number one slot in December 1973 and remained in the charts for nine weeks until February 1974.
Have always liked that song, and I must hand it to you the way you seem to have a second sense on knowing how to multitrack counter melodies and harmonies. Listening to what you add in to your music makes it even more special to listen to.
Hi Jacko, That was a cracker! A Christmas one. Playing by ear is definitely the best way of doing it. Everything 'flows' so well! Whilst on the subject of Christmas crackers, have you heard the latest up-to-date 2021 Christmas cracker jokes? Q. Why are people cutting back on Brussels sprouts this Ch...

A toss-up as to where to put this next one. Jon Davis ( Jon D ) again, playing Winter Wonderland . Interpreting a piece of music you play (definitely this) .. but without using the Expression Pedal (Volume Pedal) it would not have the WOW factor that it has. So I shall put it in both. Do a right cli...

Ken, You have certainly done this one justice. It needs to be played on an organ as the bass part forms an integral part of the harmony. And again, you have put some super pictures together to complement your playing. Here is the benefit concert in aid of the families of the Titanic victims that you...
As you say, lovely chords towards the end. And you have put together an appropriate video to go with it. For anyone who hasn't tried doing this .. have a go! It is really rewarding to end up with some pictures that complement the music you are playing.
