Re: Have I Told You Lately that I Love You?

Den,

There are two songs with this title. Van Morrison sings the latest version (not so keen on that!) and you have to go back a few years to find the version you have played.

Jim Reeves - Have I Told You Lately That I Love You

I'll always remember the song they were playin' The first time we danced and I knew As we swayed to the music and held to each other I fell in love with you Could I have this dance for the rest of my life? John, What a romantic song! You really have got to read the words to fully appreciate the song. If I had my life to live over I'd do the same things again I'd still want to roam Near that place we called home Where my happiness never would end I'd meet you when school days were over And we'd walk th...

Re: Never Ending Story 1984

Brian, Loved the strange sound of the wind (?) in the INTRO and ENDING of this song. There are some lovely harmonies in it, and I got hooked on it as my son bought the CD of it and was constantly playing it from his bedroom. Re: Supermarket Flowers

Rob, Really enjoyed your playing of this as an instrumental. Loved the harmony from the 'voices' you had playing with the chord. Sounded very much like an allocated Left Hand Voice .. but may have just been the sound created from the PAD Part in the Style. Thing about listening to something as a 'in...

Re: I dreamed a dream

Re: So Sorry I Said

Ron,

What I loved about this song was the harmony of it. Very unusual chord progressions. That's what did it for me. Anyone could have sung it, but I did think that Liza Minnelli's 'rounded' voice really did suit the song.

Re: Wind beneath my wings

Ron,

That was a very 'grand' version of that song. It has some lovely harmonies, which you replicated to perfection.

Watch the official video for Bette Midler - Wind Beneath My Wings, which was a #1 single from the soundtrack to the 1988 film Beaches.

Re: MULTITRACKING using the AUDIO RECORDER

Ron, How you managed to put all those bass notes in and make it fit beats me! But I find it difficult to relate to what is clearly a 'jazz' piece, and as such the harmonies are very obscure.
