I think the dust is settling a little now as we learn more about Tyros 5. We really must wait until we have all the correct information
about what to expect and each day is bringing more. I am really looking forward to hearing and seeing it on Wednesday.

Speaking to someone who has Tyros 5 he says third party voices do work in the keyboard as long as you first save them to Libraries.
The new system they are using allows more voices to be saved into the flash memory now and is far better than before.

Just for people that use them there will be a different way for loading in sample sounds to Tyros 5. I expect details will be available soon.

You have to be very careful with these adverts. For a start the Tyros 5- 76 note is no where near the price they are quoting Time you add the carriage you won't save that much. Stick with a dealer you know.

Most dealers will quote the full package so I was only £11 out.

I think a lot of us just buy a keyboard to sit and play it so VST's would not really matter. I know some people use them but the fun for me is seeing just what the keyboard alone will do.

I have to agree with you Fred. If people genuinely don't want a new keyboard then why try to talk people out of going for it. Like you I love new challenges. Spec I read say's it comes with a 500 Gb hard drive but you still have to buy flash memory as extra.

The same thing happened with Tyros 4 but look how many people bought it. Already there are quite a few 76 note ones pre ordered as well as 61 note here and in the USA. All are very exited with the spec. I feel sure we won't be disappointed.

Hi Mike the hints may very well be true. My dealer goes to see it on the 5th of November so not long now to wait. The hints going around now suggest it is going to be a great keyboard. I think we are going to be very pleased with it.

I think we all know by now that this is a picture of Tyros 5. Such a shame it was leaked this way. I would have much sooner waited until there was more spec information to go with it.

This one has been very closely guarded so it is anyone's guess still at the moment. I believe even the dealers who have seen it are not allowed to say a thing until the demo's have been completed. My dealer goes to see it next month. He did how ever say it is Awesome.
