Complete Keyboard Player - Carpenters

Does anyone have a copy of Complete Keyboard Player - The Carpenters, that they'd be willing to sell for a reasonable figure (someone's greedily asking for £35 on ebay and Amazon), or put on loan for a few months (return guaranteed!), as one of my students needs a copy of the book for her Grade 6 keyboard exam in March. It has to be that exact book. Complete Organ Player or Piano Player sadly aren't acceptable.

Alternatively, if someone has it and could scan in Rainy Days and Mondays, I'd like to see how Kenneth Baker arranged it and what key he put it in. The original is Eb and with all the odd chords and descending bass lines, that's tough!
