I sat in the Mall playing my accordion for over half an hour at lunch time. This is the half an hour time that the council allow but I did not have a license, I just went and played.

I took 2 boxes of chocolates, put the contents into a box with a note. After I had finished I sat for a further hour and a half trying to give away the chocolates. I had NO takers! No one stopped to listen, no one took a chocolate. That's the sort of miserable town I live in.



I did call to two women to have a chocolate but they both replied, "No thanks, I have to watch my figure."
To which I replied "You eat my chocolate and I'll watch your figure."
They laughed.

This is the box of chocs I had, and still have.
May try again sometime.
