Discovery Of A Few LP's In The Attic

Postby Mike Bracchi » 09 Apr 2013 19:34

Wotcha folks,

Earlier today I decided to grab some of my LP's and sort through them to find more organ music to post for your enjoyment - I didn't realize I had so many old vinyl LP's to sort through ... I had to call on my neighbour Steve to give me a hand with them

We have found a bunch of very early Klaus Wunderlich albums and several 'musik für alle' series featuring Nils Tibor at the Hammond X66 along with a host of other stuff ... all to be posted as soon as I get the tracks converted to mp3's :D

I gave all my albums to my youngest daughter years ago. I hear they are making a comeback. Mike, I see you have your Korg box out on the couch. Are you thinking about sending it back?

Hi

I've not got that many - but it is interesting to get nostalgic. Last year I was given some Wersi demo LPs (Mark Shakespeare for one). Eventually I'll get round to transferring them to my computer. Problem is finding the time - I'm working on remastering some archive recordings for the Electronic Organ Constructors' Society in what free time I get.

Last year I picked up a couple of Rick Wakeman LPs in very good condition from Barter Books in Alnwick. Well worth a look in their racks if you're in that area. (It currently doesn't look as if we'll be back up that way this year).

Every Blessing

Tony

"Good grief Danger Mouse! What a lot you've got!"

That's a good collection you've got there.
However did you find time to listen to them all?

Regards,
John.
