I had the opportunity to watch John's DVD last evening and what a cracker it is. Half on the Wurlitzer and the rest on his Technics GA3. Obviously a professional multi camera shoot both the audio and visual are top class. I have quite a large collection of organ DVDs and would say without hesitation that the sound on this video is of a higher quality than any of the others I own. John can be contacted at www.johnbowdler.com .. Fred

Wonder why the piano sound is prominent over so many tracks

How does one learn to make the left hand jump from the lower to the upper manual and back again in tempo?
John does it with ease even on the EL with a short upper manual.

I guess it's just practice .... The absolute master at that technique has to be Richard Hills - to watch him doing with it both hands on three manuals is mind blowing ;)
