Oh no, another one gone.

What can you say about Emo, a legend in his field of prog rock. And a phenomenal keyboard player.

That gig in the sky has yet another great player, and a great producer in George Martin.

I'm shocked. So sad to see yet another of my musical heroes to have passed away. And from a self-inflicted gunshot wound too. I saw ELP in Preston Lancs, around 1971 and have always been a fan. I only found out fairly recently that he was brought up in Todmorden, not far from where I live. There was a fundraising campaign for a film about Keith's life called "Pictures of an exhibitionist". He and the team needed to raise a certain amount of money to complete the film and I gave £10. I have several DVDs of ELP and watch Keith regularly.

So sorry to see you go Keith. You were one of the best. It would be nice if the documentary film was completed.
