Brian,
I like your list of songs to play. Thought provoking! How about if we all play something along the lines you are suggesting?
JohnT. You have already done one to start the ball rolling, so I will repeat it here:
Thought it would be appropriate for the Coronavirus.
If you have something to add to this, please click on POSTREPLY and add your song.
Brian. What have you got for us? One out of your Gig List? I think my favourite title from your list is "You take my breath away".

We often see items for sale advertised as from a 'smoke free' or 'pet free' home. Next will be 'virus free!' .. Fred

Hi
Early opening for over 70's etc. (which would include me because of health issues) is not that useful - many of us struggle to get up & get going early in the morning! Still, it's not an immediate problem as I stocked up on ready meals etc on Monday, and my daughter has said she'll pick up other bits of shopping as I need them - and there's a convenience store just round the corner.
Keep safe.
Every Blessing
Tony

Hi Tony,
I can well understand that it may not be useful to a lot of over 70s me included but unless you can get there, bus passes don`t start till 9.30 am around here

Hi
In answer to the query about organ shops, Promenade Music in Morecambe sent an e-mail announcement that they are still open, but taking appropriate precautions. If you're not in the area, they are on the web. Good prices & knowledgeable staff.
Every Blessing
Tony

We've got several of these in our park. I think the bit in the middle has been sawn off by members of the public and used as firewood.

Hi All,
Lots of local business going out of business around here,
its with great sadness that I have to mention the loss of a few local businesses as a result of COVID-19. A local bra manufacturer has gone bust, a submarine company has gone under, a manufacturer of food blenders has gone into liquidation, a dog kennel has had to call in the retrievers and a company supplying paper for origami enthusiasts has folded.
The local strip club has gone tits up, Interflora is pruning its business and Dynorod has gone down the drain. The saddest of all is our local ice cream van man, who was found dead covered in nuts and raspberry sauce. Apparently he couldn't take it any more and topped himself.
