Eye Level is a song sung by Matt Munro. Eye level means different things to different people. To me it is just a piece of happy uplifting music , but to a shop keeper maybe it refers to things which are top shelf. To a landscape painter the positioning of the horizon is one of the first things to consider. I have been told that in Holland the horizon does not vary it is always at eye level. I am hoping that Dennis who knows a bit about the horizon in Wales and has also lived in Holland and sailed in ships might read this and comment J.T.
