Shiney Row Male Voice Choir

Postby KRUG » 25 Aug 2015 14:54

Shiney Row Male Voice Choir has been in existence for well over 50 years and is always ready to welcome new members. The reason for mentioning that here is that as a member for almost three years I can assure you that apart from being great fun on its own it is a very good way of improving your understanding and reading of music and thus helping your keyboard playing. The Choir meets on a Friday night in Trinity Methodist Church Hall in Shiney Row and parking is provided in the doctors surgery car park opposite the church. The Choir believes that it is the responsibility of the Musical Director and other members of the choir to develop the skills of members and expect no previous musical skills or experience from potential members.
Friday 4th September is the first night of the season and is an Open Night when we are particularly able to welcome potential members. Why not come along and give it a try. You will enjoy the sound of a large body of men giving voice and learn more about the Choir. Send me a message if you are interested.
