Ady Zehnpfennig, who had been accorded an accordion since his tenth year, founded a trio (with his brother) in the mid-1960s, after playing in various occupations, in which he played Hammond organ. At the end of the 1960s, he graduated as a musician in Cologne.

After a brief episode as a professional musician in the nightclub, he began to perform freely for various organ artist presentations and concerts. During this time, he began working as an arranger, student musician and music producer for various small productions, which ultimately led to the founding of his own sound studios and the "Azure" music production. From 1981, he produced various instrumental productions for the companies RCA, EMI Electrola, Phonogramm and Topsound/Munich under his name and under the pseudonym "Andy Dimes".

With the advent of the "Grand Prix of Folk Music" created his first title with the singer Bianca, then "The Rose of Madonna" and "Do you hear the bells of Stella Maria" culminated in the great success.

Besides music production since 1985, he began the activity as a conductor and composer and music producer for several television programs such as "The Golden Tuning Fork", "Your Application Please", "Summer Hitfestifal" almost all of his music productions were produced by the end of 2007, with many German and foreign artists in the "Azure" studio.
