Hi.

It's been a while since I was last here.
This song was made famous by The Drifters.
Played on Tyros 4. I hope you like it.

All the best. Gerry.

Hi Gerry,

Not a number I am familiar with, but a good piece with a good vocal and the instrumental backing was very good also

All the best, Brian007

Hi Gerry,

Soon as I heard your intro I thought, "This is from the 60's!". It has that unmistakable sound of that era. Liked how you sang it, and particularly the bits of 'vocal harmony' here and there. And the little 'interlude' in the middle with the strings sounded really good. Yamaha do some really good strings. They are the same as on my AR organ.

I have looked this up on YouTube and listened to the original. Prefer your version. Your version is very much more 60's.
"This Magic Moment" is a song composed by lyricist Doc Pomus and pianist Mort Shuman, and is one of their best-known songs. It was recorded first by Ben E. King and the Drifters. The Drifters version spent 11 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached No. 16 on April 2, 1960.
