Putting up a music post .. please read this!
Posted: 17 Jun 2019 13:40When you post a song in any of the Boards in the Music Room you have to fill in the Subject.
Please make sure that you START with the name of the tune.
The reason for this is that when you 'sort' the Board out into alphabetical order (either into Author or Subject) using the options at the bottom of the page, the Subject one will then give you all the names of the songs played in alphabetical order.
So if in the Subject you were to put A Quickstep - Roll Out The Barrel, then it would be in the list under 'A'.
If you put Roll Out The Barrel - A Quickstep it would be listed under 'R' .. and then people would find it.
For more information about sorting music posts either so the Members playing the songs are all in Alphabetical order; or the Titles of the songs are all in Alphabetical order, click this LINK below.
