Andrew Gilbert (a Member and Moderator of our Forum) is an Organist/Keyboard Player/Music Teacher and Computer Specialist. He has his own website which is full of musical gems. One comment he makes on his website is worth repeating here, as it is very, very true as far as playing music is concerned.

With me, there’s a big emphasis on musical performance, as merely playing the notes in the correct order doesn’t really make the music come alive.
