Hi John T,

Very nice tasty version of that Christmas song, you used some lovely voices in that piece and the playing wasn't that bad either
well done a great piece to listen to, and if I ever get this paint brush out of my hand I may try something too.

All the best, Brian007

Hi John,

Liked the voice you chose. It had a 'ring' in it. Very appropriate for this time of year.

Some of you may think these are a little early for Christmas, but the Challenge will end on November 30th .. and then Voting will start and be open until December 21st, when we shall announce a Winner .. just in time for Christmas!

Hi there John,
A nice Christmas number you played and voiced it very well I enjoyed listening my good friend. :D :D :D

Hi there I have played from the age of 13 and all my music is played in a sort of dance tempo style. Have worked in nearly all the North East clubs over the years. That gave me a good grounding. Cheers.

John had problems with his piece, but we think we have sorted it now. So if you found that the piece didn't play right through (ie. it cut off about three quarters of the way through), you will find it does play right through now! So go back to John's original post and click those LINKS again. We still don't know if Box is going to 'remove' the track again, so I have put up that second LINK (to the song stored in the AR Group Database) should the unthinkable happen.

John .. Well, not really! All I did was to 'fade' the ending out right at the end so it didn't 'cut off' suddenly. I think Terry was referring to the 'ending' done automatically by the STYLE. With 'intros' and 'Endings' of STYLES I often don't think we take enough notice of what is being played. And certainly the 'Ending' of this piece is really interesting, even though it is only a few bars long. It ends with a 'sixth' chord.

Here are the few bars at the end that I reckon Terry is referring to (and I agree with him .. very interesting ending!). Click on this LINK below to listen to it. I have repeated the ending in the clip so you hear it twice (in case you miss it the first time!).
