How To Remember Your Repertoire: by David Ash (1990)

After reading this article myself I thought it would be useful on the site, written by David Ash back in 1990 for the Keyboard Player magazine ... I'm not quite sure how I stand regarding the 'copyright' aspect since the Keyboard Player is no longer around ... I may well find out soon :lol:

This must have been written for the younger age group whose memory still functions well. In my early R & R days I remembered all the music we played. Now, I am unable to play anything from memory and must read the music for my entire repertoire. Thanks to my early piano lessons, I can still sight read :-)
