Xmas party 5/12/2022

Hi Everyone. Well it was a fantastic evening. There were 16 members and guests present. Thanks to GeorgeR for bringing the Tyros 5 much appreciated. The evening lasted three and a half hours. Harry started with a musical travel quiz of twenty questions of songs related to travel. JohnT did a quick ten questions quiz. Then the food lovely pie and peas and a selection of cream cakes. Yummy.
Then Santa Claus made a visit and did the raffle and every member got a prize.
Then members played a selection of tunes including Xmas tunes. Thanks to GeorgeR.George W, Kenneth,Chris, and Maureen who also sang. Some great sounds and styles.
Thanks to Everyone who attended a great start to the Xmas period.
The next night is Monday 12/12/2022 at 6 30pm. There should be a Tyros 1 and 5. See you there. John

So pleased to read about the successful Christmas party. As I know both you and Margaret put a lot into it.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Les, George and Dave for bringing their keyboards over the years and allowing all members to use them - it's been very helpful to me.

Hi Michael. Thanks for those kind words. I will pass them onto the members. We had a thoroughly good night and looking forward to January 2nd when we all meet up again. (Apart from two more this year.)
