Good morning everyone. Just an update regarding the above. The theme was Ballads. There were 15 members present and five members brought keyboards. A warm welcome was given to Jeff who travelled from Tees side to hopefully join our group. Eleven of the members played a wide selection of tunes. I give a selection for those who couldn't make it and those who take an interest in the clubs.
George. Hello, Great Pretender.
Brian. Love me Tender, Something.
Keith. From both sides now, careless love and a singalong with Gypsy Rover.
Olive. I love you because, Smile
Jeff Love is all, Climb every mountain
Jon D Almost there, It's now or never.
Billy. Again, Almost like being in love.
Chris. Stardust
Kenneth. Misty, Lady is a tramp
Clem. Power of love, I want to break free
John T. Yesterday, Londonderry Air.
It was an excellent night as usual with some good sounds and styles.

The next night is Monday 9th. Clem is bringing his Tyros 4.

Thanks again for last night see you Monday. John

Thanks to you John for organising another enjoyable night. A bit of damp in my keyboard and a touch of wind in Brian's all added to the entertainment.

Hi all
Yes we had a real good night.its funny, you can practice and practice, and as soon as you start to play in front of your mates, it all goes to pot, bum notes and missed chords. Still it was a laugh.
