My son is 14 and goes to a very good school. And is very bright near the top of his class. And yet... He still struggles with an analog timepiece. He has grown up only seeing clocks as digital representations of the time. So unless it says 11:30 or somesuch in actual numbers, he has to sit there working it out. Although this has led him to have a natural affinity with the 24 hour clock. So it's not all bad.
