I would say its very achieveable for you to do that, and heres the but, you would have to totaly re-learning the way you play and think about music
as musicians that use arranger/auto accompiment instruments we look at things in a totaly different way, as we tend to look at all the instruments under our control rather than a pianist who has only one instrument to look after IMHO
