Saw one of the newsreaders on TV as AI and it took a while to realise that it was not the real person.
Consider the musical keyboards (piano etc) from 1944 to the Genos2 or the Korg Pa5x. now in 2024.
Fantastic "progress" in the the sound and operation over the 80 years. What will happen to AI models
over the next few years.
I talk to my OPPO phone and "she" answers. "What is the weather in Shep today" and she tells me.
Surprised one morning when I asked her a question without me thinking and she answered in German!
She is not geared up with Dutch ---yet!
I am very excited about the progress that is being made BUT I am also very concerned that hackers
could make things difficult. Add to that, the programmers could get the AI to a stage where they could
take over and really control things. I can"t get into my computer without typing in my PASSWORD!
Think about it.
