Thanks for that Ron. I nearly didn't put it up because in truth, I don't really like it

When listening to what I had recorded I felt that the bass player had taken over. He was OK for the beginning of each verse (when the guitarist was playing the melody), but when we got to the second bit I felt he sort of 'took over' and tried to compete with the organist. Must have a word with him. I think maybe his name was Ron. He will tell me whether or not his bass playing brought the song up to another level of interest .. or if he had managed to ruin it for me.

Following on with your comments, I have had another listen via my Bose speaker and I can hear the bass part much better. Think when it went from 2 in the bar to 4 in the bar was when it gave the impression of taking over . I might have played a walking bass line at that part. I sometimes reduce the volume of the bass line in a situation like this and it does help reduce the over powering surge. Still a very good rendition IMO
