Somewhere Over The Rainbow

If you have been following my explanations on how to use several video making programs you will have seen that I have done my Over The Rainbow video using four different programs and put each one up on YouTube. This one I did with Video Pad from NCH Software, which I now have and shall be using in future. The reason why I have opted for this one is because I am impressed with how you do the Pan & Zoom by choosing a 'Start' frame and an 'End' frame. This gives you control over what you are zooming from/to. Make a mental note of the 'zoomed' still pictures in this video.
