Returning a faulty item to Amazon

Hi All,

When something that you hope does not happen happens here`s what to do

If your item breaks down under warranty and you have had it longer than 3 months don`t waste your time trying to do a return online cause you cant do it , trust me I know , ring Amazon on 0800-279-7234 and get them to sort it out for you they are pretty helpful, and in my case a new item will be dispatched to me tomorrow and I printed out a free returns label to send the other one back

Nice to know. I buy quite a bit from Amazon, to the extent that my son and daughter-in-law give me Amazon Vouchers for Birthdays / Fathers Day / Christmas etc. Easy for them, and I am happy to receive them. Although I must admit that with the first one they gave me I did buy some Hoover Bags, and they were not happy about that! I try to be more selective now!
