Here is my Ocarina. I bought this in Hong Kong, probably about 60 years or so ago. There were three Chinese boys playing classics on these things. I asked where they got them and they pointed to a shop nearby. It's not in concert pitch but it has amused me over the years.

Variations exist, but a typical ocarina is an enclosed space with four to twelve finger holes and a mouthpiece that projects from the body.
