How to get a bagpipe sound - The Dark Island

Postby dentyr » 22 Jan 2022 06:30

This is my recording of The Dark Island using the bagpipes on the T4. Set the left voice as Tango Accordion, R1 as Bagpipes. NO accompaniment, no other voices. Hold down the Eb and Bb in the left hand and play the melody in the right in the key of Bb. Turn your kbd up to full volume and the Twin Bose L1 speakers to full volume and your neighbors will simply LOVE it!

Amazing authentic sound….just about. Few more Grace notes would add more realism. Especially like the sound of the bag springing into life right at the start :D
