"As the blackbird in the Spring 'neath the willow tree
Sat and piped I heard him sing Singing Aur-a Lee
Aur-a Lee Aur-a Lee Maid with golden hair
Sun-shine came a-long with thee And swallows in the air"

Footnote
It is summer in Australia and the English Black birds have been singing gloriously every day in our garden.
We have a nest with three babies in the camellia near our back door. Today I watched the mother bird with two worms in her bill searching for a third worm in our lawn. J.T.

Hi there Barwonfan,
A very sweet performance well played with fine voices I enjoyed listening my friend. :D :D :D

Jon D. :) :)
Hi there I have played from the age of 13 and all my music is played in a sort of dance tempo style. Have worked in nearly all the North East clubs over the years. That gave me a good grounding. Cheers.

JT,

Wow! That was absolutely glorious! Easily the best piece you have played. You have stuck with Freeplay Styles right through so have not had any issues of 'timing'. You have played this piece as you 'feel' it Loved it.

Hugh

PS. Your Aura Lee was so good it deserved a bit of TLC, so I have put your MP3 file into Audacity and NORMALISED it (ie. brought the overall volumes up to optimum levels), and have also done a 'fade out' at the end so you don't get that sudden 'cut-off'.

Thank you, Hugh for your comments; and for putting it into Audacity. I have updated my Box LINK so it now plays Version 2. J.T.
